- 3 ears of corn
- 2 jalapenos
- 2 limes
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- ⅓ cup red onion
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro

- ¼ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
